Interest Sections

All club members are invited to attend any or all section meetings. If you are not a regular section member but wish to attend a meeting, please notify the host or section chair. Members are encouraged to invite prospective members to interest sections.

We do beading projects, have a brown-bag lunch and a treat and occasionally have other interesting craft projects.
We meet at the home of the hostess or other convenient place to play bridge in the afternoon. We serve dessert.

The Dancing Damsels learn Caribbean dance movements, simple choreographies and some dance improvisations.

We play both American Mah Jongg and Chinese Mah Jongg. We go to lunch several times a year.
Visit gardens or other places with beautiful outdoor nature. We also visit places where we appreciate good art.

If you have an idea for starting a new interest section, contact the director of educational programming, Dorothy Fleck. She will help you in this effort. She will put a notice in the newsletter with the information about meeting times and goals of the new group. We prefer not to have two interest sections meeting at the exact same time. Interest sections need not meet every month. We are always delighted to have new interest sections!
